Five Signs Your Supply Chain Is Too Dependent on One Supplier
Everything You
Need to Know
We manufacture custom components for industrial OEMs. You send us your drawing and specs. We find the right factory, manage production, inspect the parts, handle the shipping, and deliver to your door. One company is accountable for the process.
No. We work with a network of qualified suppliers around the world. What sets us apart is how we manage them. Dedicated Artmark teams in the field establish quality milestones, oversee production, reinforce quality reporting, and maintain delivery commitments, so your order doesn’t get passed along and forgotten.
It means we have dedicated offices overseas, close to the factories that make your parts. They work exclusively for Artmark. These teams audit suppliers, provide engineering support, check production, resolve commercial issues, and do the final inspection before shipment. They solve problems in person before they reach you.
Every supplier goes through our ISO-approved vendor procedure. Our overseas teams audit the supplier’s equipment, quality system, track record, and how they handle problems. Only suppliers that pass the audit go on our approved list. Artmark US personnel visit all approved vendors, and we keep checking for ongoing quality compliance.
We check at several stages: when the supplier is chosen, during the sample approval process, during production, and before the parts ship. Our dedicated teams are at the factory performing physical evaluations, not reading a report from someone else.
We catch most problems before shipment, since our teams inspect at the source. If something does slip through, we own it. We work with the supplier to find the cause and fix it, and we help you keep your line running while that happens.
Yes. Every order ships with dimensional inspection reports and material test reports. If you need anything beyond that, tell us during quoting and we’ll build it into the order.
Your drawing and specs are the best start. It also helps to know your expected quantity so we can pick the best process, plus the material and any quality or testing requirements. If something is missing, we’ll ask.
Usually 2-3 days. A simple part comes back faster, and a complex part or large scope takes a little longer. If we need to clarify something on your drawing, we’ll tell you what and why.
Machined, cast and forged parts, stampings and fabrications, rubber and plastic parts, and assemblies. We also offer various surface finishes and other value-added services.
Yes. Putting several parts together under one supplier means fewer vendors to manage, potential labor efficiencies and cost savings, and fewer purchase orders. It also keeps your team focused on your core business, and it means fewer places for things to go wrong.
Yes. We can stock parts and release them to you when you need them, so you don’t have to buy a year’s supply at once. It also reduces your lead-time exposure. We call these stock-and-release programs. Talk to us about whether one fits your volume.
That’s our problem, not yours. We carry the supply chain risk. If a supplier runs late or has a capacity issue, we anticipate it, deal with it, and take action to keep your parts coming.
We do. We manage the international freight, customs coordination and import paperwork through delivery. We also look at duties and tariffs during quoting, so you know your landed cost before you place an order.
We are headquartered in Doral, Florida. We serve customers in 25+ countries.
Flow control, pumps and fluid handling, oil and gas, water and fire protection, industrial equipment, packaging and automation, heavy equipment and transportation, power and infrastructure, and medical and high-tech.
You may not need us. But many Fortune 500 customers come to us for an alternate source, better pricing, capacity expansion, localized inventory solutions, or because their current supplier keeps missing dates. Give Artmark an opportunity and see where it can lead. Start with one part and see how we do.
A sourcing agent introduces you to a factory and steps back. We stay accountable for the supplier relationship, quality, logistics and delivery. You buy from Artmark, and we manage the supply chain behind the product.
Yes. Depending on the project, we coordinate tooling, samples, first articles and pre-production qualification with the manufacturer before moving into full production.
Yes. We can support blanket orders, scheduled releases and other long-term supply arrangements, including inventory programs where they make sense.
